Cephas Suleiman Idowu Kadiri was born on Ibikunolu street, Igbari-Akoka on the 16th of November 1995. He attended Ayetoro Nursery and Primary School (Akoka), Akoka High School, before obtaining a degree in economics from the University of Lagos (Akoka).
His mother was the 4th child of Sarah (a former chorister with Apostle Ayo Babalola) and Chief Habibu Otuayele (a unionist). His father was the son of a Sandhurst trained army officer and a Lagos Island princess in Nigeria’s first republic.
Having spent a decade developing software professionally, Cephas Kadiri co-founded Air Buoy Nigeria Ltd, an aerospace and defense startup – to localize space/near-space flights in Nigeria. In 2026, he created LearnLagos™, a progressive web app that uses a match system to connect…
Having crisscrossed the length and breadth of my Community and interacted with the people at the grassroots, in tandem with the yearnings of constituents, I hope to define the highlights of my time in office with these initiatives:

Well-thought-out entrepreneurship programmes for the economic upliftment of youths in Somolu/Bariga.

Initiatives aimed at rejuvenating/rekindling interest in our indigenous/local culture in Somolu/Bariga.

Somolu has a large concentration of young people. Entertainment is a fast and effective way to reach our youths.

Housing in the Somolu area of Lagos has become a pain for many residents. We will prioritize estate developments that put the community people first.
